Holistic care for every season of womanhood,
from menarche to birth and beyond.
Meet the Founder:
Tanya Wolf
A lover of bugs and plants, rivers and rocks, sunshine and rain- the simple yet profound things.. the creation of new life is another. I believe each birth is not only of the baby, but a new version of ourselves. In my becoming of a mother, I immersed myself in holistic teachings of body and mind to better prepare for the unknown (pregnancy, birth, motherhood, raising children). And in doing so, I unknowingly opened up a magic and a love for birthwork and self reclamation. I’ve lived through and witnessed the distance between trust and inner knowing- how much new culture sets us up to avoid, ignore, or forget physiology, mind-body, metamorphosis, and how empowering it feels to relearn and reconnect with what is within us.
-
grounding Birth Support
My calling is to hold a safe and grounding space for you and your growing family in metamorphosis. From conception to early postpartum.
-
A Mother centered Postpartum
This is holding the space for integration, nourishment, and mother-centered care. When everyone wants to meet the baby, I want to meet you and honor you in ceremony. From early after birth to 2+ years after birth.
-
memorable Birth Photos
Those precious candid moments with family whether it’s during your labor, the birth of your little one, a fresh newborn with their siblings, or you and your baby on the raw journey of breastfeeding are memories that remind us to slow down.
-
The Placenta Return
In-home placenta encapsulation, keepsakes, tinctures, burial ritual, honoring the life force energy and returning to self or mother earth.
-
Honoring you in Ceremony
This is a way to celebrate ourselves in ceremony. In collaboration, we can facilitate a mothers blessing or nesting party for the expecting mamas, life transitions (menarche, menopause, sacred union, divorce, etc)

Fertility Awareness + Sexual Health
Your menstrual cycle is a vital sign, learning its language changes everything. When a woman understands her fertility, she reclaims authority over her body.
