2022 I gave birth to my first born in water in the comfort of my small apartment living room. I was very intentional with bringing all elements of earth to the birth space: Earth, Water, Air, Fire. I was able to feel the cord still pulsating shortly after birth. I initiated breastfeeding and then Dad held her for the first time. We followed the birth with a cord burning ceremony. It was a long but beautiful day!
